Group Tours in Harrison and the Ozark Mountains

Bringing a group to the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas will be fun for any group.  Harrison and the Ozarks area has many fun and educational activities to choose from for your group.  The newest attraction to our area is the Ozark Medieval Fortress, but old mainstays such as the Boone County Heritage Museum, the 1929 Lyric Theater, the 1929 Hotel Seville and Mystic Caverns continue to be important group travel attractions.  Our newest tour includes an educational Industry Tour where your group will tour our many factories and companies and learn, "how that is made".

Below are several iteneraries for your group.  We can take any of them and have them customized to fit your group.

HARRISON AND BRANSON ENTERTAINMENT TOUR

Day One

2:00 PM     Tour the Boone County Heritage Museum and learn about Ozarks' history and the way of life.
4:00 PM     Shop in Historic Downtown Harrison and enjoy many unique stores and flea markets to find that one of a kind item.
6:00 PM     Enjoy dinner at one of Harrison's many family owned restaurants.
7:30 PM     Attend a show at the historic 1929 Lyric Theater in downtown Harrison.

Day Two

8:00 AM     Enjoy breakfast and shopping at Homey Hearth Bakery.  Great southern breakfast food and unique shopping!
9:30 AM     Take an industry tour with a local step-on guide to escort you to all the locations.
11:00 AM   Enjoy lunch at one of Harrison's many family owned restaurants.
1:00 PM     Tour the Ozark Medieval Fortress and learn how they make a castle from hand using only 13th century tools!
3:00 PM     Shopping at Branson Landing in Branson, MO.
5:00 PM     Dinner in one of Branson's restaurants
7:00 PM     Attend one of Branson's great live shows!
10:00 PM   Return to Harrison for night.

HARRISON AND EUREKA SPRINGS ENTERTAINMENT TOUR

Day One

9:00 AM     Tour the Ozark Medieval Fortress.
12:00 PM   Enjoy lunch at one of Harrison's many family owned restaurants.
1:30 PM     Shop Historic Downtown Harrison or visit Mystic Caverns.
3:30 PM     Tour the Boone County Heritage Museum
5:30 PM     Dinner at one of Harrison's Family owned restaurants
7:30 PM     Stroll around Lake Harrison Park and Harrison Historic District or take in a show at the historic 1929 Lyric Theater.

Day Two

8:00 AM     Breakfast at one of Harrison's unique breakfast establishments!  All locally and family owned!
9:30 AM     Take an industry tour with a local step-on guide to escort you to all the locations.
12:00 PM   Lunch at a Harrison restaurant
1:30 PM     Depart for Eureka Springs for unique shopping in downtown or tour Thorncrown Chapel.
5:00 PM     Dinner in a unique Eureka Springs restaurant.
7:00 PM     Attend the Great Passion Play or a country music show in Eureka Springs.
10:00 PM   Return to Harrison for night.

BUFFALO NATIONAL RIVER NATURE TOUR

8:00 AM     Breakfast at one of Harrison's many restaurants
9:00 AM     Take an industry tour with a local step-on guide to escort you to all the locations.
12:00 PM   Lunch at one of Harrison's restaurants
1:00 PM     Scenic drive through the Ozark Mountains to see the beautiful mountains and scenic overlooks.
5:00 PM     Picnic dinner on the Buffalo National River and a short hike on the Lost Valley Trail (trail is handicap accessible)
7:00 PM     Elk viewing in Boxley Valley along the Buffalo National River
