17th Annual Arkansas Hot Air Balloon State Championship
The Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the 17th Annual Arkansas Hot Air Balloon State Championship on September 7, 8, and 9, 2012 in the magnificent Ozark Mountains.
This unique outdoor event that began in 1995 is held in beautiful downtown Harrison, Arkansas. The Festival will kick off on Friday evening with over 20 balloons tethered to the ground for the exciting balloon glow. Tethered rides are offered for $5 a person. The event will continue through Sunday with several Balloon Race Competitions for all to enjoy. Come experience the "Hot Air Balloon Adventure" with us! Bring your kids, your cameras, and your lawn chairs for some great family fun!

First National Bank Soccer Complex
Harrison's newest sports addition, the First National Bank Soccer Complex was built along the beautiful banks of Crooked Creek that flows through Harrison, Arkansas. The Soccer Complex hosts youth events to State Championships in Soccer. The past several years have seen college teams play soccer tournaments at the Soccer Complex. The state of the art facility is perfect for any size soccer tournament, both youth and adult.
